You'll live with this provider's support every day. Ask:

• Who would I live with, and can I meet them first?
• How is the roster set, and will I see the same workers?
• What support is there overnight: an awake worker or a sleepover?
• What will I pay myself for rent, food and bills?
• How do you handle complaints and changes to my support?
