Yes. Help Alliance is always free for participants, families and older Australians. You never pay us, and there's no obligation to go with any provider.

Only providers who accept your request and confirm they can start when you need. Before that, providers see a summary of what you need and your suburb, with no name, email or phone number. We never sell your information.

No. We're an independent matching service and don't deliver care, so we have no reason to steer you towards one provider over another.

Support workers, personal care, cleaning, gardening, meals, transport, nursing, therapy, respite, home care package providers, support coordination, plan management, supported living, home modifications and behaviour support. Funded by the NDIS, Support at Home, CHSP, DVA, or paid privately.

No. There's no obligation at any point. Talk to as many or as few as you like, and tell us to stop at any time.

Your request goes to providers as soon as you send it, and we email you the moment one accepts. If nobody can take it on, we'll tell you and help with next steps.

You can send a request from anywhere in Australia. We match it with providers who serve your suburb. Some supports, like plan management and support coordination, are delivered remotely, so where you live doesn't limit those.

We only share your request with providers who accept it, and only after you've given us permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us. Our privacy policy has the full detail.
