Common questions
Yes, while we launch. There's no subscription, no fee per request and no contract, and you can pause or leave at any time. If we introduce pricing, we'll tell you well in advance.
NDIS registered and unregistered providers, aged care providers, and private support businesses: support workers, personal care, cleaning, gardening, nursing, therapy, transport, respite, support coordination, plan management and more.
A request goes to a small number of providers who match it. The first three to accept get the family's details, then the request closes so families aren't overwhelmed with calls.
The support needed, the suburb and how far it is from you, the funding type, when they need to start, how often and roughly how many hours, and any preferences or notes. Name, email and phone are shared once you accept.
Decline it in one tap, or ignore it. If you're full for a while, switch off "Accepting new clients" in your dashboard and we'll stop sending requests until you switch it back on.
