Is this really free?
Yes. Matching is free for people looking for support and always will be. Providers pay us to receive matched requests, which is how the service is funded.
Who will contact me?
Only providers who deliver the supports you asked for, in your area, and who have capacity to take someone on. We do not pass your details to anyone who cannot help.
Do I have to go with the providers you suggest?
No. There is no obligation at any point. You choose who to speak with and who to go with, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
What if I do not have an NDIS plan or aged care assessment yet?
That is fine — select that option on the form. We can point you to providers who help people through the application or assessment process.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests are matched within one business day.
